The West London Clinic
Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood close to a variety of transport links, The West London Clinic is a large, airy residential space with lots of natural lighting and room for movement and treatment.
Here, you will be greeted as a guest and client at the door, walked to the second floor clinic room, and your welcome, consultation and treatment and aftercare will be handled start to finish by Tracy, your expert practitioner.
It is time, isn't it?
How can I pay for my session?
Both cash and cards are very welcome. If booking a Telehealth or Coaching call, payment will be requested prior to the call and can be made via Paypal or Stripe.
Do you take private insurance?
I can do electronic billing for the following companies:
When booking you must provide your insurer name, membership number and authorisation code. You must agree to pay any fees not covered by the insurer within 7 days of being invoiced.
I can provide receipts for other companies who do reimbursement, such as corporate cash plans.
I do not accept AXA/PPP or BUPA.
I've never been to an osteopath - does treatment hurt?
I use very gentle techniques, and avoid 'the crack' that sometimes people are afraid of. Sometimes people will experience a little bit of discomfort, but I aim to minimise that -and I'll walk you through what to expect in your situation before asking if you are OK for me to proceed. You can always tell me to stop if you are not comfortable.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes! You are always welcome to bring someone with you into your session if you would be more comfortable. If you are under 18, you must come in with a parent.
What is your clinic like?
The photo below is the clinic treatment room. It's big, airy, bright and calm. I aim to provide a space for your session that allows us to work together in movement and provide a peaceful environment for your treatment.
Book Online Now
If you aren't sure what treatment is best for you, book an initial osteopathy session. I will then diagnose you and with your permission, we can proceed with whatever treatment is appropriate for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take credit cards?
YES! To make life easier for my clients, I accept all major credit cards.
Can I bring a chaperone?
YES! I always want people to be comfortable so you're more than welcome to bring someone with you! I don't have a separate waiting area, though, so if you bring someone with you they will be in the consultation room with us.
If you are under 18, you are required to bring one of your parents or legal guardian with you.
Will you 'crack' me?
Many people come to me because I use treatment that is quite gentle. We always discuss treatment optoins together before agreeing to proceed. I never suggest the use of strong, forceful manipulations - and we will have time to discuss the treatment both before and during the treatment itself. You'll always know what to expect ahead of time, and you'll always have the ability to ask questions or say no if you don't want something done.
Do you do insurance billing?
It depends on the company. I provide reciepts for whoever needs them for insurance reimbursement. I am doing a trial of insurance billing for the following companies: Vitality, Aetna, Allianz and WPA.
I do not do insurance billing for AXA-PPP, BUPA or Aviva.
Do I have to undress?
Sometimes people aren't sure what to expect with regards to undress. I always will need to examine you, and this might mean some level of undress. I suggest you wear something loose fitting and comfortable, such as sports shorts and a vest, so that I can see you move and check anything that needs examining. Areas not being treated can be covered/redressed after examination and I always have towels and a gown on hand if you wish to use one.
What is the clinic like?
The clinic is bright, airy and comfortable with lots of natural light and room for movement - quite the opposite of many cramped basement clinics! You are more than welcome to book a free meet and greet to come see the space.
